NUTRITION OF CASHEW
LE uasually eats Cashew as a daily food and Le has learned many things about its nutrition. Because Le is a girl and Lê do not want to be fat.
100g Cashew nut contains 564Kcal as much as many natural nuts such as: peanut, sunflower seed….
In details:: water 4g, glucid 28,7g, protid 18,4g, lipid 46,3g, carbon 2,6g, minerals: Calcium 28mg, Phosphate 462mg, Iron 3,6mg, vitamine A 5mcg, vitamine B1 0,25mg, vitamine C 1mg (FAO.1976)
Overall, natural nuts have much energy inside but Cashew is the most in nutrition: rich in A.O such as Acid Omega-3, Acid omega-6
The first benefit which cashew can give to your health is good effect on heart because it contains unsaturated fat as in olive oil.
- -Anti oxidants – strengthen bones and teeth: Cashew can help reducing constipation symtoms effectively. Cashew has Potassium, Iron, Magnesium ,Minerals and microorganism which can stabilize bowel and maintain energy power inside body, keep them healthy and stable as well as cure constipation
- -Curing depression: people who get depression should use cashew because it can restore your health. Using 50-100g cashew nuts, you will feel you have less hunger and speed up metabolically which help losing weight effectively ( do not use over that)
